Then, this 90-MINUTES Initial Consultation is the first step. 

 

HOW THIS WORKS

  • You'll book the consultation by clicking the button below to access my calendar, and pick the best time for our meeting via Zoom, Skype, or WhatsApp.

  • Then, you'll fill out a Health History form, that will give me a better idea of who you are.

  • During our session, we'll chat about your lifestyle, the changes you want to make, and discover what's keeping you from achieving your deepest dreams.

  • Then, we'll create a plan with actionable steps for moving forward towards your most important goal/s.
