Berry Me Oats


















A simple breakfast option for y’all!


This mix is full of fiber, proteins, healthy fats, antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and energy needed for your day.


Ingredients - serves 2

- 1 cup of oats

- 1 cup plain almond yogurt

- 1/2 to 3/4 cups warm water or warm plant-based milk

- 1/4 cup of walnuts

- 1/2 cup of mixed berries

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tbsp grounded chia and flax seeds

- pinch of salt

Optional

- for sweetness, add a bit of honey or coconut sugar


How to

In a bowl, place the oats, salt, chia, and flaxseeds.

Soak them in the warm water for about 10-15 minutes, and mix until combined.

Add the yogurt and mix again.

Serve in a cup or bowl.

Add the walnuts, berries, cinnamon, and enjoy!

Have a hearty breakfast!
