This past week I made “almond cheese spread” and it turned out to be amazingly delicious and super easy to make!
So, I’ve decided to have it for breakfast on toast and fresh fruit, but you can also use any plain vegan spread cheese or tofu cream cheese.
This is something super simple you can make at home for the whole family or just for you.
1-2 tbsp almond spread cheese
1/4 cup fresh fruit (for example berries, banana, peaches)
1 slice gluten free bread or sprouted bread
drizzle a bit of agave, brown rice syrup, maple syrup for vegan option
raw honey for vegetarian option
toast the bread to taste
spread the vegan cheese of choice
decorate the toast with your fruit of choice and optional sweetener
taste it, finish it, and repeat!
