Digestive Elixir Smoothie























Tummy and digestive troubles?


This smoothie "the mother of all smoothies" for your digestive troubles.⁠


You will get digestive enzymes from pineapple, ginger helps to ease upset stomach, and celery helps with digestion! I mean, healing foods in just 1 glass. Thank you Mother Earth!⁠


And remember, if you experience chronic digestive troubles, it would be good to either see a doctor that will run some tests. Or, if you already did and they said 1000 times over, "its just stomach flu", you can work with a health coach to get to the root cause of your digestive imbalances.


Ingredients for 1 serving:⁠ ~ 1 cup pineapple (frozen or fresh)⁠ ~ 1-2 celery stems (leaves are welcomed)⁠ ~ 3-6 mint leaves⁠ ~ 1/2 inch fresh ginger (2cm ginger)⁠ ~ pinch of sea salt⁠ ~ 1 cup of water⁠ How to:⁠ 1. cut the pineapple and celery, peel the ginger.⁠ 2. put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.⁠

Drink up! and don't forget! let your body relax for a bit. Rest is also part of the healing process.⁠⁠
