Tummy and digestive troubles?
This smoothie "the mother of all smoothies" for your digestive troubles.
You will get digestive enzymes from pineapple, ginger helps to ease upset stomach, and celery helps with digestion! I mean, healing foods in just 1 glass. Thank you Mother Earth!
And remember, if you experience chronic digestive troubles, it would be good to either see a doctor that will run some tests. Or, if you already did and they said 1000 times over, "its just stomach flu", you can work with a health coach to get to the root cause of your digestive imbalances.
Ingredients for 1 serving: ~ 1 cup pineapple (frozen or fresh) ~ 1-2 celery stems (leaves are welcomed) ~ 3-6 mint leaves ~ 1/2 inch fresh ginger (2cm ginger) ~ pinch of sea salt ~ 1 cup of water How to: 1. cut the pineapple and celery, peel the ginger. 2. put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
Drink up! and don't forget! let your body relax for a bit. Rest is also part of the healing process.
