Energizing "Musgo" Smoothie



















“Musgo” smoothie it's in the house!


It's so creamy and delicious that you won’t care for its color.


Enjoy for breakfast or pre-workout (have it at least 1-1-1/2 hr before) or after!


Ingredients- makes one:

- 1 small banana frozen

- handful of kale

- 1/4 cup oats

- 1 scoop of plant-based protein powder

- 1 tbsp grounded chia and flaxseed

- 1 tbsp almond butter

- 1 tsp of cocoa powder (hello superfoods)

- 1 date

- lemon zest from 1/2 lemon

- pinch of salt

- 1 cup of water or nut milk


Blend until smooth, probably 3 minutes or more, serve en enjoy!!
