Salty Almond-Banana Smoothie


















I love starting my day with a mix of savory and sweet treats :)⁠


So, I've made this salty almond-banana, high-protein smoothie. Ideal for after a long work-out.

INGREDIENTS - serves 2⁠

~ 2 frozen bananas – medium size⁠

~ 2 tbsp. almond butter⁠

~ 2 tbsp. hemp seeds⁠

~ 1 cup plant-based milk⁠

~ 1/2 cup almond-based yogurt or milk⁠

~ 1/8 tsp sea or Himalayan salt⁠

~ 1/4 tsp lemon zest⁠


OPTIONAL⁠

~ 1 cup of organic spinach⁠

~ 1/4 cup oats⁠


TOPPINGS

~ Crushed almonds⁠

~ Hemp seeds⁠

~ Lemon zest⁠


HOW-TO⁠

1. Place all the ingredients and optional ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.⁠

2. Serve and use the toppings for extra crunchiness.⁠
