Here are a few things you can add to your daily routine:
eat more Whole Foods (fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts)
drink plain water (ideally 1/2 your body weight in oz= 150lbs/2= 75 oz daily)
add exercise routine (walking, jogging, kayaking, yoga, rock climbing, dancing, etc)
add meditation or breathing exercises to your daily routine (starting with only 5 minutes will help tremendously. There are plenty of FREE apps and guided meditations available online)
